A former professional academy player in Spain, Hector combines high-level playing experience with player development. After competing for two seasons in NCAA Division 1 and earning multiple honors, he continues to play college soccer while providing in-person coaching sessions. He has also worked as a coach at FC Barcelona international soccer camps. Through Bahía, his mission is to provide every athlete with the tools, knowledge, and support to succeed at the highest level.

Guillermo Blasco
Guille holds a UEFA B coaching license and a degree in Sport Science, bringing hands-on experience in elite youth coaching, physical performance, and return-to-play rehabilitation. His coaching background includes camps with Real Madrid and FC Barcelona, as well as leading conditioning for Spanish club’s youth academy. He also remains as an active footballer in Spain while continuing to coach athletes. Through Bahía, his mission is to give every athlete the technical, physical, and personal foundation needed to succeed at the highest level.

As a Creative & Marketing Director, David oversees Bahia’s brand identity, content, and digital marketing. With a background in communications, branding, and social media management, including experience as a Community Manager for FC Barcelona international soccer camps. His goal through Bahia is to build a trusted brand that supports athletes and brands at every stage of their development.
